Geoff Tate's Operation: Mindcrime @ Capone's

Geoff Tate and his new band, Operation: Mindcrime, stopped off in Johnson City, TN., in support of their new album, The Key.

The Key was released in September of 2015 and features many guest artists, such as David Ellefson of Megadeth and John Moyer of Disturbed.

Geoff previously was the lead singer for progressive rock band, Queensryche, and the setlist was filled with Queensryche hits, such as Take Hold of the Flame, and I Don't Believe In Love, just to name a few.  Geoff's unique and powerful voice is still going strong, hitting the high notes he is famous for with ease.

Here the lighting is a little brighter than lounge setting, and you can sit at one of their many tables, or grab a seat by the bar. With a large menu of beers, you might have trouble picking just one. The music at these event venues is always upbeat with a mixture of rock and pop, and the food menu is large as well as their seating.
