Tea Leaf Green at 20th Century Theater w Minus the Bear

Tea Leaf Green is a five-piece jam band from San Francisco, comprising Josh Clark (guitar and vocals), Trevor Garrod (keyboards, vocals, guitar, and harmonica), Reed Mathis (bass guitar and vocals), Scott Rager (drums and percussion), and Cochrane McMillan (percussion). TLG is currently on a national tour and playing several festivals this summer including Allgood and High Sierra. Last two photos are Minus the Bear from Seattle.

Frightened Rabbit at Bogart's with The Twilight Sad

Frightened Rabbit is an indie rock band from Selkirk, Scotland. The band recently released it's fourth album, Pedestrian Verse, in February of 2013 and has gotten great reviews and lots of air time with independent radio such as David Dye's World Cafe. The lineup consists of Scott Hutchison on vocals and rhythm guitar, Grant Hutchison on percussion, Billy Kennedy on lead guitar, Andy Monaghan on bass and keyboards and Gordon Skene on guitar and keyboards. Doobie Brothers

The Doobie Brothers headlined the 60th "Moondog Coronation Ball" that dates back to March 21st 1952.  The show that generally is considered the first major "Rock and Roll" concert. The Temptations opened followed by Three Dog Night.

  Alan Freed the disc jockey first used the term Rock and Roll  Due to ticketing and sales errors the show in 1952 sold more than 20,000 tickets to a venue that help only 10,000. The show was shut down by the fire department.
