Colt Ford and Florida Georgia Line at the State Farm Center Champaign, Illinois

The newly renovated State Farm Center in Champaign, Illinois held host to a large Country show on October the 12th that sold the center completely out. Colt Ford and the huge Country Duo of Florida Georgia Line put on a great show to the sold out crowd.

Tate Stevens

X Factor winner Tate Stevens put on an awesome show in Springfield, Illinois at the Prairie Capital Convention Center. He played a few of his hits, some of the music that made him a winner on X Factor and also some great covers, ending his set with Separate Ways from Journey.

He was very humble and grateful that he won, and the crowd seemed to agree.

Last week I got the opportunity to photograph the Miranda Lambert Locked and Re-Loaded Tour. I really enjoy photographing the Country Music concerts, well all concerts in fact lol!

Brantley Gilbert

This year headlining at the Illinois State Fair was Brantley Gilbert an up and coming, rising Country music superstar. He put on an excellent show and really knew how to work the crowd!

Charlie Daniels Band

At this year's Illinois State Fair a country legend was there - The Charlie Daniels Band! At 75 years old, he came out in a firestorm and took the crowd over and gave them a great show! He owned that fiddle like crazy, strapped on a guitar and tore that up also, just incredible.

Spin Doctors

The 90's Supergroup Spin Doctors was the saturday headliner at this years largest free street festival held in downtown Decatur Illinois called The Decatur Celebration.

Craig Morgan - The Henningsens - Tyler Hartry

As the title suggests this was a good old fashioned country music show featuring three great acts held on a hot summers night in Decatur, Illinois at the Macon County Fairgrounds.

Darius Rucker

I had gotten my pass to shoot Lady Antebellum at one of their sold - out shows.
Opening was Darius Rucker and Thompson Square - I had never seen Hootie and the Blowfish, or Darius on his current country tour.

Black Label Society

For a wednesday evening in November 3 bands rocked Springfield, Illinois.

Black Label Society with frontman Zakk Wylde rocked the place before Judas Priest in an awesome show!

If you have never seen the former Ozzy guitar player and his band, make sure it's something that you do - Right from the beginning just heavy riffs, awesome solos and a great performance.

Right when the curtain dropped and he appeared in an Indian headdress you knew you were in for a good time!!
